Whether you are planning a relaxed family celebration, a corporate get-together, or a special anniversary, our beautiful space offers a memorable backdrop.

Please note that we exclusively offer fully catered events. We do not provide venue-only hire. To maintain our peaceful farm environment, our venue is not suitable for children’s parties or 18th and 21st birthdays.

Indoor Cafe Area

Seats up to 50 guests.
Bright, modern, and cosy atmosphere.

Outdoor Seating Area

Seats up to 40 guests.
Beautiful views of our alpaca paddocks.
Open for guest seating until 9:00 pm.

Parking

We have 35 car parking spaces. If willing to block each other in, we can host 45 cars.

Outdoor Farm Area

Guest can wander around the paddocks to see the alpacas (up to 9pm).

We require a deposit to secure all bookings. To suit different event styles and budgets, we offer three straightforward pricing models:

1. The Minimum Spend Model

No upfront venue hire fee.
Guests or hosts must hit a minimum spend on food and drink.
Ideal for large evening parties and casual gatherings.

2. The Per-Head Package Model

An all-inclusive price per guest.
Covers exclusive space hire and a set catering menu (e.g., Afternoon Tea Package).
Best for easy budgeting and formal daytime events.

3. Venue Hire + Catering Tier Model

A flat afternoon or evening room hire fee.
Separately priced food and drink menus added on top.
Great for customized events wanting bespoke menu layouts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we hire the venue without catering? No. We only offer fully catered events with our in-house food and drink menus.

Can we bring our own decorations? Yes, but table decorations only. We do not allow anything to be stuck or fixed to our walls.

Can we play music outside? Background music only. Loud music is not permitted outdoors to ensure our alpacas stay calm and to respect our neighbours.

What time does the outdoor area close? Guests must move indoors by 9:00 pm. Our outdoor seating area closes at this time.

Do you host 18th or 21st birthday parties? No. Our venue is not suitable for 18th or 21st birthday celebrations.

Can we book the barn for a child's birthday party? No. We do not host children's parties for private hire.

Is a deposit required to book? Yes. A deposit is required to secure your afternoon or evening date.
