These heavyweight boot socks are fitted in the upper (calf) area with reinforced heals and toes and a soft terry-loop sock interior for extra comfort. They fit around calf-high (but can stretch further) and there are no uncomfortable joins. This makes them an excellent boarding sock, winter hiking sock or welly-boot sock. They are made of a blend of quality alpaca (44%), nylon and acrylic to offer the best of warmth, durability, wash-ability and comfort. More than 50% alpaca will tend to make socks more expensive and a little less wear resistant.

Sizes: (UK sizes) Small= 4 to 7; Medium= 7 to 10; Large= 9 to 12; X Large= 12 to 15
Care: Machine or hand wash with cool or cold water. Hang dry or lay flat to dry. Avoid the tumble dryer. Wash and dry after turning socks inside out.
Alpaca socks resist odour due to their ability to wick moisture and keep bacteria levels lower. They therefore require washing less frequently than other socks.
